okie, for the lack of updates for 1 month. i know u peep deserves a good 1 so i am going to do a good job today.
i am sure after this post, my msn is so going to be window popping. so spare me okie gals?
i was hooked up for "相亲" today. the guy is the ngee ann sec sch canteen "少东". who so happens to be living in the condo across my block. the talk of him looking for a gf and his mum telling my mum's "boss" to keep a look out for her roped me into the picture.
my mum told her boss to hook the 2 of us up and it was like a yr or so since the talk had been going in. so finally today the 2 family met up. *insert OM MY GOD emoticon* so 土 right?
we actually went over to the condo the family lives in and "met up" "he" turn out to be a decent looking "mummy's boy" as how he was described. neat short hair combed side part, maroon framed glasses, clean shaved, yellow stripped t-shirt buttoned to the last top button, and baggy jeans in track shoes. errmm hows that for a fashion combo? no comments. my mum calls him "ah fok park" cantonese way of calling a old fashioned man.
we had a 45mins chat cum walk around the condo event. kinda awkward lah to be fixed such dates in such "年代".
the 32y.o is typical mummy this mummy that boy. but fortunate thing is he still can communicate so its not that bad. as per instructed by his mummy he was supposed to exchange contact numbers with me so he did so before he excused himself to go pick up his dad whom i was told the "director of the canteen association of singapore" *insert another OMG emoticon" simi background is this? let's see if there is progression or not.
the only hurdle i need to cross now is to accept a man whos like 5cm shorter then i am.
